Service Conditions That Protect the Platform

Clear rules keep the service fair, stable, and realistic for every hosted community.

Unified Systems provides the hosted Unified Mobile Data Terminal platform as a managed service. Access, setup, support, and continued service may depend on active payment, valid community information, proper Discord authorization, and compliance with community-use rules.

  • External outages outside our reasonable control are not treated as platform failure. This includes Discord outages/API issues, Cloudflare outages, domain/DNS issues, FiveM/Cfx.re interruptions, payment processor issues, hosting network incidents, upstream provider failures, DDoS attacks, routing failures, datacenter issues, and force-majeure events.
  • Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, vulnerability exploitation, DDoS/DoS activity, malware distribution, credential theft, account sharing, scraping, excessive automated requests, API abuse, reverse engineering, license bypassing, or attempts to interfere with Unified Systems, customer environments, databases, authentication systems, or infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback fraud, attacks against the service, unauthorized resale, security threats, or use that risks other clients may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Unified Systems may preserve logs, access records, communications, and technical evidence for investigation, enforcement, hosting-provider review, payment-processor review, or legal compliance.
  • Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, platform rules, hosting policies, Discord rules, FiveM/Cfx.re policies, and United States federal, state, and local laws, including laws applicable in Illinois where relevant. Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is not permitted.
  • Near-instant setup means we provide a fast hosted activation process when required details and payment are available. Custom requests, domain changes, external provider delays, compliance reviews, or missing information can affect activation time.
  • These Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, where permitted by applicable law. Features, integrations, pricing, limits, and support scope may be updated as the platform improves. Continued use means acceptance of the current service conditions.
  • Third-party partners, providers, developers, designers, creators, contractors, or recommended services operate independently from Unified Systems. Unified Systems does not own, operate, control, supervise, employ, manage, guarantee, warrant, or accept liability for third-party services, agreements, deliverables, disputes, data loss, security incidents, business practices, or customer outcomes.
  • Any hosting plan, custom asset order, EUP/livery/graphic commission, development work, purchase, agreement, dispute, chargeback, refund request, missed deadline, service interruption, copyright issue, or support issue with a third party is solely between the customer and that third party. References to partners do not create ownership, employment, legal partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, warranty, or performance guarantee by Unified Systems.
